تمرين (Listen and repeat – ثم قراءة الكلمات): يستمع الطالب إلى النطق الصحيح للمفردات ثم يكررها.

تمرين (Match the word with the picture): صل الكلمة بالصورة المناسبة:
– Mountain → صورة جبل
– River → صورة نهر
– Ocean → صورة محيط
– Island → صورة جزيرة

Comparative (صفة المقارنة) – للمقارنة بين شخصين أو شيء:

• الصفات القصيرة (مقطع واحد): صفة + er + than (taller than, smaller than).
• الصفات الطويلة (مقطعين فأكثر): more + صفة + than (more beautiful than).
• الصفات الشاذة: good → better than, bad → worse than, far → farther than.

Superlative (صفة التفضيل) – للمقارنة بين ثلاثة أو أكثر:

• الصفات القصيرة: the + صفة + est (the tallest, the smallest).
• الصفات الطويلة: the most + صفة (the most beautiful).
• الصفات الشاذة: good → the best, bad → the worst, far → the farthest.

تمرين (Read and circle – اختر الإجابة الصحيحة):

1. This river is (long / longer / longest) than that river.
2. Mount Everest is (high / higher / the highest) mountain in the world.
3. This car is (more expensive / expensive / most expensive) than that car.

الإجابة: longer / the highest / more expensive

قاعدة ثانية (مقارنة باستخدام as…as): تستخدم للمقارنة بين شيئين متساويين.

• This river is as long as that river. (هذا النهر طويل مثل ذلك النهر)
• Mount Everest is not as high as I thought. (ليست عالية كما اعتقدت)

أغنية (Song): أنشودة عن العالم والقارات لتثبيت المفردات والقواعد.

تمرين (Complete the sentence):

1. This mountain is __________ that mountain. (as tall as)
2. This lake is not __________ that lake. (as deep as)

الإجابة: as tall as / as deep as

Phonics (الأصوات): التركيز على نطق الحروف المركبة مثل: ch, sh, ph, th, wh.

• ch: chair, cheese, beach, teacher
• sh: ship, shoe, fish, shop
• ph: phone, photo, dolphin, elephant
• th: three, thumb, mother, father
• wh: where, what, when, why

تمرين (Listen and write the missing sounds): استمع واكتب الصوت الناقص.

نص قرائي: “A trip around the world” (رحلة حول العالم).

نص يصف رحلة إلى قارات مختلفة، ويتحدث عن المعالم الطبيعية والبشرية فيها، باستخدام Comparatives and Superlatives.

تمارين الاستيعاب (Read and answer):

Listening (الاستماع): استمع إلى محادثة بين شخصين يتحدثان عن سفر إلى قارة جديدة.
