Lesson 2 In the classroom (أدوات الفصل الدراسي)
- book = كتاب | notebook = دفتر
- pen = قلم حبر | pencil = قلم رصاص
- eraser = ممحاة | ruler = مسطرة
- bag = حقيبة | desk = مكتب
- chair = كرسي | board = سبورة
- door = باب | window = نافذة
- a تستخدم قبل الكلمات التي تبدأ بصوت ساكن (a book, a pen, a desk).
- an تستخدم قبل الكلمات التي تبدأ بصوت متحرك (an eraser, an apple).
- نضيف s لمعظم الأسماء: book → books, pen → pens
- نضيف es للأسماء التي تنتهي بـ s, ss, sh, ch, x, o: box → boxes, brush → brushes

- mother = أم | father = أب

- cousin = ابن عم / ابن خال

- in = في | on = على | under = تحت
- behind = خلف | next to = بجوار | in front of = أمام

- It is on the desk. = هو على المكتب

- watch = ساعة | laptop = حاسوب محمول | backpack = حقيبة ظهر
- keys = مفاتيح | wallet = محفظة | glasses = نظارات
- I have got = لدي (I’ve got)
- You have got = لديك (You’ve got)
- He has got = لديه (He’s got)
- She has got = لديها (She’s got)
- We have got = لدينا (We’ve got)
- They have got = لديهم (They’ve got)
- النفي: I haven’t got / He hasn’t got
- الاستفهام: Have you got…? / Has he got…?
Lesson 2 Whose is this? (ضمائر الملكية)
- Whose book is this? = لمن هذا الكتاب؟
- It’s Ahmed’s. = إنه لأحمد
- Whose keys are these? = لمن هذه المفاتيح؟
- They’re mine. = هي لي
- mine = لي | yours = لك
- his = له | hers = لها
- ours = لنا | theirs = لهم

Unit 5: My life
الموضوع: الروتين اليومي والساعة والأوقات.
Lesson 1 Every day (الروتين اليومي)
- wake up = يستيقظ | get dressed = يرتدي ملابسه
- eat breakfast = يتناول الإفطار | go to school = يذهب إلى المدرسة
- study = يذاكر | have lunch = يتناول الغداء
- play with friends = يلعب مع الأصدقاء
- do homework = يؤدي الواجب | watch TV = يشاهد التلفاز
- eat dinner = يتناول العشاء | go to bed = يذهب إلى السرير
- يستخدم للتعبير عن العادات والروتين اليومي.
- مع I, You, We, They: الفعل في المصدر (I wake up).
- مع He, She, It: نضيف s للفعل (He wakes up).
always (دائماً), usually (عادة), often (غالباً), sometimes (أحياناً), rarely (نادراً), never (أبداً).

Lesson 2 Time (الساعة والأوقات)
- What time is it? = كم الساعة؟
- It’s three o’clock. = الثالثة تماماً
- 2:00 → It’s two o’clock.
- 2:15 → It’s quarter past two.
- 2:30 → It’s half past two.
- 2:45 → It’s quarter to three.
- 2:10 → It’s ten past two.
- 2:50 → It’s ten to three.
morning (صباح), afternoon (بعد الظهر), evening (مساء), night (ليل).
1. 7:30 → It’s half past seven.
2. 4:15 → It’s quarter past four.
3. 9:45 → It’s quarter to ten.

الموضوع: الحيوانات والقدرات باستخدام Can.

- النفي: cannot = can’t
- الاستفهام: Can you swim? → Yes, I can. / No, I can’t.
